By ordering any article, report, research paper, or academic document from the company (hereinafter referred to as “Assignmentserve”), the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Service and agrees to be bound by them. 1. Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Work”)
Writing of articles, reports, research papers, and any academic writing: These tasks are performed by freelance writers subject to the terms and conditions regarding the transfer of rights and ownership within their service relationship with Assignmentserve. Academic writing assistance: Academic writing assistants are freelance writers subject to the terms and conditions regarding the transfer of rights and ownership within their service relationship with Assignmentserve. Editing and proofreading: Editing and proofreading services provided to clients are performed by freelance writers subject to the terms and conditions regarding the transfer of rights and ownership within their service relationship with Assignmentserve; this includes editing and providing feedback on document content, grammatical accuracy, referencing, and English language usage.
2. Privacy
When processing any work order, Assignmentserve will not disclose or transmit any information received from the client—including name, educational level, work content, educational institution, email, phone number, LINE ID, and specific assignment details—to any third party under any circumstances, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the client.
3. Service Fee Payment
Assignmentserve accepts service fee payments via the following methods:
(1) Transfer to a Thai bank account
(2) PayPal
Service fees are determined at the discretion of the evaluator, primarily based on the complexity of the work content. Service fees will be charged immediately to confirm the order. Customers are required to pay either a 50% deposit or the full amount upon placing the order; work will commence only after the deposit has been paid. Assignmentserve will verify the completeness of the content and language, as well as conduct a plagiarism check. Subsequently, Assignmentserve will deliver the completed work to the customer immediately upon completion or by the scheduled deadline. If the full service fee has not yet been paid, the customer must settle the remaining 50% balance beforehand.
4. Plagiarism-Free Guarantee
Before delivering the work to the customer, Assignmentserve will scan the completed work to detect any plagiarism. If plagiarism is detected, Assignmentserve will take steps to rectify the issue. However, regarding writing standards and similarity levels that constitute plagiarism, exceptions to the plagiarism check may apply if the detected instance is minor or results from software error; Assignmentserve does not provide an absolute guarantee regarding plagiarism detection. By using the service, the customer acknowledges that Assignmentserve’s decisions regarding plagiarism are final.
5. References
When ordering any work, the customer acknowledges that the work processed or edited by Assignmentserve utilizes a variety of reference sources—both free and paid—that comply with academic institutional standards. The customer is responsible for any additional references or content they choose to include. …regarding outcomes resulting from the customer’s own actions.
6. Guarantee of Grades for Ordered Work
Assignmentserve does not guarantee specific grades for any ordered work. To ensure high-quality results, customers should provide as much detail as possible regarding the assignment; such details may include the nature and expectations of the instructor who assigned the task. Furthermore, the work provided serves to enhance the customer’s (student’s) ability to master the course material. Upon receiving the completed work, customers are encouraged to provide feedback or comments to improve its quality—specifically by offering relevant information and identifying errors in reasoning or writing—as this approach is far more beneficial than merely assigning a grade.
7. Communication
To ensure the most effective workflow, customers may contact Assignmentserve exclusively via LINE or email. Assignmentserve does not accept orders, acknowledge project details, explain working methods, or provide service cost estimates over the phone under any circumstances. Phone conversations involve only a single recipient, necessitating a subsequent relay of all details to the writer or person executing the task, which creates a risk of misinterpretation or errors.

Order Fulfillment and Protection Policy
1. Assignmentserve will issue a refund to the customer only in the following cases:
– No work is delivered at all.
– Work is delivered, but with an unreasonable delay.
– Work is delivered, but the content is incomplete.
2. In cases where work has been delivered but was delayed, or delivered but incomplete (or similar situations), Assignmentserve reserves the right to charge for the portion of work already completed and will refund only the amount corresponding to the uncompleted portion.
3. Assignmentserve acts as an intermediary, receiving orders from customers and forwarding them to writers. Assignmentserve pays the writer 50% of the fee immediately upon customer payment and the remainder after work delivery, deducting a 20% coordination fee. In the event of errors or delivery delays, Assignmentserve will contact the writer to reclaim the previously paid fees; this process may take 7–30 days. However, if the writer cannot be contacted within 60 days, Assignmentserve will refund the customer as soon as possible thereafter.
4. Refund decisions are subject to the discretion of the service evaluator.
5. Assignmentserve reserves the right to withhold refunds for late delivery caused by necessary adjustments to the “Similarity Rate” prior to final delivery. If the writer must revise content to achieve an acceptable Similarity Rate, the coordinator will notify the customer, and the customer must wait for delivery until the Similarity Rate has been adjusted.
6. Assignmentserve Assignmentserve reserves the right to withhold service fee refunds if, upon delivery, it is discovered that the client failed to inspect the work due to negligence or if delivery was affected by certain disruptions—such as power outages or a lack of internet access—of which Assignmentserve had previously notified the client. Assignmentserve shall not be held liable for technical issues or delivery delays caused by email server malfunctions or internet service provider issues.
7. Assignmentserve reserves the right to utilize any information sources specified by the client, unless the assigned writer determines that the sources listed in the order are insufficient for completing the work. If the writer is unable to locate specific sources required for the task, the client must provide the necessary information. Failure by the client to provide the required sources may result in delays to the order’s completion, and the client agrees to accept such delays.

1. The client acknowledges that written materials produced by the Assignmentserve team are intended solely for individual research, reference, or educational purposes. 2. Assignmentserve accepts no liability if the client provides incorrect contact details. Incorrect phone numbers or email addresses may hinder communication regarding the order; in such instances, the writer bears no responsibility for the content.
3. Assignmentserve reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion, even after payment has been made. Should this occur, the client will be promptly notified via LINE or email and issued a full refund; no work will be delivered in the event of a refund.
4. The Assignmentserve team will execute the work based strictly on the order details provided by the client. If the delivered work does not align with the specified order details, the writer will make revisions within 7 days of the client receiving the work. If the client failed to provide necessary order details at the outset, revisions will be subject to an additional fee.
